Our Rates 

Because we take only a limited number of guests, all new guests must secure their reservation with a $75 non refundable deposit.  All returning guests must secure reservations with a $75 nonrefundable deposit due in January of each year.  In the summer and holiday stays, you will be expected to pay for all days reserved, even if you pick your pet up early .  There is a $25 cancellation fee for all canceled reservations.  There is a $75 cancellation fee for cancellations within 7 days of stay.

Rates include all walks, play yard time, TV time, swimming, special activites, and lots and lots of attention.
